The Charter, Queen Elizabeth High School
The Charter Restaurant and Conference Centre aims to provide hotel quality facilities and a realistic working environment for students. Developed through the TVC’s phase 1 capital development programme in 2005/06, the newly refurbished facilities include an industry standard kitchen and 80 cover restaurant, along with conference and meeting rooms. The facilities are available to business, community and education based customers.

Haydon Bridge Lodge
Haydon Bridge Lodge (developed through the TVC’s phase 1 capital development programme in 2005/06) is a fully accessible specialist Health and Social Care Centre which includes two large classrooms, a conference centre, a computer suite and meeting rooms, a fitted kitchen used for training (e.g. food preparation in a nursery setting), and a specially adapted bathroom for use in training how to lift, handle and bath people with some types of disability or infirmity.
Low Prudhoe Construction Centre
The Construction Skills Centre in Prudhoe was developed through the TVC’s phase 1 capital development programme in 2005/06 and offers training in plumbing, carpentry and joinery, plastering, painting and decorating, and bricklaying. The Centre is run by Northumberland College and training is available both to adults and students from the TVC schools.
Prudhoe Engineering Centre
The Engineering Centre at Prudhoe High School was developed through the TVC phase 1 capital development programme in 2005/06. The facility provides an industry-standard workplace environment for training on all basic engineering functions, computer aided design and CNC machines.
