Health and Social Care Placements
The development of opportunities within the health and social care sector has been one of the TVC’s success stories. Most students taking a course in this sector will undertake a work placement as part of their studies. To facilitate these placements, TVC has a dedicated Employer Engagement Coordinator – Clare Harrison – who liaises with almost every health and social care setting in the area. This year, more than 80 students will be undertaking work placements as part of their course.
TVC would like to thank all of the local employers who have provided valuable placement opportunities for our students. Without this support, students could not achieve their qualifications and we are extremely grateful, especially as our student numbers continue to rise.
